Świadczenie przez okres 36 miesięcy od daty zawarcia umowy, usługi opieki serwisowej dla oprogramowania EMC Networker, oraz oprogramowania i sprzętu wraz z oprogramowaniem wbudowanym Avamar.
W części A:
a) świadczenie usługi opieki serwisowej dla oprogramowania EMC Networker;
b) konsultacje.
W części B:
a) świadczenie usługi opieki serwisowej dla niżej wymienionego oprogramowania oraz sprzętu wraz z oprogramowaniem wbudowanym:
— oprogramowanie EMC Avamar,
— serwery Avamar Gen 4 (M1200) – 16 sztuk;
b) konsultacje.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został we wzorze umowy, stanowiącym odpowiednio załączniki nr 2A lub 2B do SIWZ.
