Description

Objective:
The tender contest includes services related to quantitative and qualitative market surveys as well as recruitment for the administration's own qualitative surveys.
The Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) has regular requirements for services in connection with quantitative and qualitative user surveys. The surveys are i.a. used for clarifying the administration's reputation related to several areas, ensuring the user quality of the administration's systems and information, as well as evaluating the effect of various campaigns. The Norwegian Tax Administration also needs to recruit participants in the surveys.
