Description

Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: Niedersachsen Ports) is the largest infrastructure manager in public maritime ports, island ports and regional ports on the German North Sea coast.
Brake seaport has, inter alia, a sulphur terminal (handling and transport facilities) with a capacity of up to 900 000 tonnes of sulphur per year. The transhipment may alternatively be carried out in liquid or solid condition. The building plot covered by this invitation to tender (land B07) has so far been used for the storage of liquid sulphur.
Land B07 is to be marketed as a building plot to be used for port refining in the context of this invitation to tender. This plot of land of approximately 3 245 m² is currently still subject to a building right. However, it will expire on 30.6.2022. The current building rightholder was contractually granted a period of one year from the end of the heritable building right to properly vacate the land. The land would therefore probably be available to a new settler from 1 July 2023.
