Description

Predmet javnega naročila je nakup laboratorijsko diagnostičnih sredstev. Naročnik je objavil postopek vzpostavitve dinamičnega nabavnega sistema (v nadaljevanju DNS). Javno naročilo se vodi ob upoštevanju pravil omejenega postopka v skladu z 41. členom ZJN-3, razen pravil glede dolžine roka za prejem prijav za sodelovanje in roka za prejem ponudb ter drugih pravil, kot so opredeljena v 49. členu ZJN-3, ki ureja DNS in predmetnih splošnih pogojev izvajanja dinamičnega nabavnega sistema.
