The contract includes firm services: - the operation of the company restaurant and two restaurant rooms (approximately 650 seats), - the operation of a deported restaurant for 12 months, - the operation of catering at the guest house, - the operation of the cafeteria for fast food, - ancillary catering services (cocktails, drinks dispensers, coffee breaks, etc.), - the maintenance and upkeep of catering and hotel equipment, furniture and equipment, - the cleaning of premises in the perimeter, - the provision of hotel services, - the management of reservations and preparation of meeting rooms in the perimeter, - the management of waste produced, - the operation of a composter, - security, technical and regulatory monitoring, - reporting and monitoring of activities.
