Description

For some years, the Zone Rand fire brigade has used Google Workspace Enterprise Plus (1.100 licences), Google Cloud Identity Premium (150 licences) and FreshService for a year (provisionally 6 licences but will increase in the coming years). The licences of both will expire in the first half of December 2023. For both Google and FreshService, we would like to see an extension of 3 years. In combination with these licences, we would also like to be able to reduce support for the two packages. Under support, the contracting authority considers at least to answer user questions (via the internal or external ICT service of Brandweather Zone rand) and to answer managerial questions only during office hours.
