The registrar designated as concessionaire shall organise, administer and manage the top-level Internet domains for the overseas territory in which it is designated, in accordance with the general interest. In particular, it assigns domain names, manages the domain name registry and collects identification data of legal or natural persons owning domain names from registrars, ensuring their reliability and controlling access.
