The subject matter of this public procurement procedure is ‘PROSTAKS’ within the meaning of Article 3 (1) (2) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), entitled ‘PERIODITIONS OF THE PERIONS OF THE GENERAL Smolyan’.
