Description

Preparation of a Local Urban Plan of the Municipality of Drama, in accordance with Article 10 of Law 4759/2020 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) ‘Modernisation of Spatial and Urban Planning Legislation and other provisions’ and its technical specifications are determined on the basis of Government Gazette, Series II, No 3545 of 3 August 2021 (Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change / DoLS/72343/1885 ‘Technical specifications for Local Urban Plans’. The procedure will be completed by issuing the decree described in Article 10 of Law 4759/2020 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 245) after submitting a file to the competent department of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy. The study of the Local Urban Plan will cover the entire Municipality of Drama as defined after Law 3852/2010 (Kallikratis program) and will constitute the framework for the spatial organization of the Municipality. The aim is to exploit and highlight the potential of the Municipality by organizing urban and suburban space, natural and built environment, with the basic condition of sustainable development.
