Description

Service contract for the maintenance of land in various sites belonging to _SWDE_ in 4 production sectors:
— Production sector A, with its place of business in Mons,
— Production sector B, with its place of business in Charleroi,
— Production sector C, with its place of business in Liège,
— Production sector D, which has its place of business in Namur.
The total number of sites to be maintained is around 2 000 sites. Each production sector will consist of 1 lots, with the exception of sector D, which will consist of 2 lots, one for the province of Namur and one for the Province of Luxembourg. Field maintenance is defined as shelling, mowing, scrubbing, weed control, hedge size, maintenance of plantations, repair of existing fences, installation of new fences and gates, levelling of land, ditch curing, pruning, lightning and forestry works, plantations, snow removal and cleansing of roads and car parks. The present procurement procedure takes place in 2 phases, initially the selection of candidates after analysis of the application files and, secondly, the submission of tenders.
