Description

WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH is building 3 new residential buildings in Berlin Mitte in the Haus der Statistik district on the construction sites A, B and C along Berolinastraße. A total of 284 apartments of different types of housing as well as complementary commercial, communal and district-related uses are being built on the ground floors. The new buildings form the housing focus within the new district and are supplemented by community outdoor facilities, development and infrastructure measures as well as common rainwater management facilities. The general contractor takes over the turnkey realisation of the construction sites A, B and C . The scope of services includes all services of the cost groups 200 to 600 according to DIN 276 including all necessary delivery, planning, coordination and construction services. In the planning area, the scope of services includes in particular the preparation and continuation of the execution planning in accordance with performance phase 5 HOAI as well as the subsequent work and assembly planning as a basis for the execution of the construction services. In addition, the scope of services includes the planning and construction of the jointly used drainage and rainwater management systems within the district.
