Description

1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of a heavy 4x4 rescue and firefighting vehicle as part of the project ‘Addition of TSOs Upper opportunity for a unit with a CRSG to increase its potential’ 1.1. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is Annex 7, which must be completed (indicate the names and offered technical, functional, software parameters) and delivered before signing the contract. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractors submitting tenders, in addition to confirming its general statement of compliance with the invitation to tender, to specify the subject of the tender by indicating the specific solutions offered and the required documents. 1.2. Unless the description of the subject of the contract in Annex 7 indicates otherwise, the parameters given are minimum parameters. 1.3. The indication of common names or producers in the elements of the description of the subject of the contract serves only to determine technical and quality characteristics. The Ordering Party shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. An economic operator who relies on equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority is obliged to demonstrate that the vehicles or equipment offered by it meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In such a situation, the contracting authority requires the submission of appropriate documents confirming compliance with the requirements. All devices must enable joint work within a given part without the need for the Purchaser to purchase additional equipment.
