1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of a 4x4 heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle as part of the project ‘Retrofitting the TSO Górno as an opportunity for a unit from KSRG to increase its potential’ 1.1. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is Annex No. 7, which must be completed (indicate the names and offered technical, functional and software parameters) and delivered before the contract is signed. The Contracting Authority requires Contractors submitting tenders, in addition to confirming the general statement of its compliance with the invitation to tender, to specify the subject of the tender by indicating the specific solutions offered and the required documents. 1.2.
