Description

Le projet consiste en la construction d’une nouvelle mairie à Feulen (autorisation ministérielle D/40/2019). Le bâtiment à rue est construit en rappel au bâtiment d’origine démoli. Des bureaux et une salle des mariages se développent derrière ce bâtiment, jusqu’au garage au fond de la parcelle. La construction sera réalisée principalement avec des voiles béton et prémurs, notamment les murs périphériques extérieurs et certains murs intérieurs principaux. Le reste des murs sera réalisé à l’aide de blocs de maçonnerie en béton. La salle des mariages à l’étage sera réalisée en ossature bois. Il y aura plusieurs types de façades sur ce projet, dont des façades en panneaux stratifiés haute pression
