Description

Operators of water supply installations have been required, partly directly by the Drinking Water Ordinance (TrinkwV) and in some cases prescribed by the health authority, to carry out regular analyses of drinking water (operator surveys) or have it carried out in order to ensure that drinking water meets the quality requirements of the Drinking Water Ordinance (TrinkwV). The records of the results of the tests must be sent to the health office responsible for the water supply installation, although uniform forms or data-processing procedures may be prescribed by the Länder. The creation of a uniform technical application for all the Länder involved is necessary in order to significantly improve the digital maturity of the health offices in the field of water hygiene, to simplify digital processes and to reap the benefits of the multi-Länder interface harmonisation and data exchange platform (SHAPTH). The subject of this procurement procedure is the commissioning of project management for the implementation, detailed design and implementation of the project, which has adequate experience in projecting and managing such projects.
