Description

UAT Brașov County wishes to purchase 32 electric minibuses with a capacity of 16+1 seats, of which 1 seat for persons with disabilities + 1 seat for the driver, through the project ‘Purchase of low-emission minibuses for the transport of pupils in Brașov County’, a project financed by the Environment Fund Administration, under the Programme for improving air quality and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by using less polluting vehicles such as electric, hybrid and compressed natural gas minibuses for the transport of pupils, on the basis of Financing Contract No 342/I/GES/18.04.2024 and the addendum thereto, given the need at the level of the administrative-territorial units of motor vehicles to ensure the transport of pupils, in the context of climate change on the environment, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the objective of the European Union. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications will be sent via SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ).
