Description

Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: Niedersachsen Ports) is the largest infrastructure manager of public seaports, island supply ports and regional ports on the German North Sea coast. Niedersachsen Ports is available as owner in the Boitwarder Groden south of the track arch near the Niedersachsenkai a plot of land with a total of about 18 ha occupied on several parcels in the district of Brake and Golzwarden, on which port-related settlements can and should be realized. For example, one or more companies are to be established whose field of activity includes goods entering and leaving the quay, their production, their storage, their transport and/or the related services. The settlement on the property B34 is intended to generate transhipment over the quay edge in the port of Brake.
