Description

Carrying out the planned reconstruction works of the sewage network and drinking water network facilities managed by Pannon-Víz Zrt. under a framework contract. Pannon-Víz Zrt. operates water utility services in 121 settlements. The construction of the sewage network is not 100 %. Out of the 121 municipalities, 97 municipalities have sewerage networks. The sewage systems of the settlements are divided into 17 water utility systems. The total length of the sewerage network on the water utility systems is 2562,4 km. Of which 2347,1 km with separated system, 215,3 km with combined system, and 25,1 km with vacuum system. The separated system consists of 1104,3 km of gravitational wire and 624,9 km of pressed wire. 592,8 km. Planned quantity of reconstruction works: refurbishment/reconstruction of sewers in length 991 fm - refurbishment/reconstruction of drinking water pipelines in length 21.471 fm - network cleaning of drinking water pipelines 22.462 fm - transfer/crossing of drinking water pipelines under the railway line 2 pcs In the product specification, the contracting authority accepts ‘or equivalent’ products instead of a specific product. The contractor must complete the framework contract through individual orders until the net amount of HUF 1 507 195 929 is exhausted, but no later than 30 November 2025. The minimum amount of individual orders is the tenderer’s recommendation for award criterion 4, ranging from a minimum of HUF 2 000 000 to a maximum of HUF 2 000 000. The contracting authority undertakes to order up to 70% of the total envelope.
