Description

BVG operates (six) bus depots in Berlin. In the course of the fleet conversion to electric propulsion in the Berlin city area, the BVG is planning the new establishment of the so-called depot network South-East. This consists of the two individual locations Köpenicker Landstraße (KLS) and Rummelsburger Landstraße (RLS). The daily use of the vehicles is organised at the KLS site. This includes taking over and returning the vehicles by the drivers, parking and charging the vehicles as well as cleaning, inspection and small maintenance work. Legal inspections, technical maintenance and maintenance measures are carried out at the RLS site. This is also where the main camp is located. Both locations are supplemented by a bus parking including charging stations. Due to the increased demand for electric buses due to shorter ranges on the one hand and the increased parking space consumption due to charging infrastructure and fire protection on the depots on the other hand, there is a concrete need for parking and maintenance capacity in Berlin's urban area, especially in the southeast and south of the city. The south-east depot network will provide parking space for a total of 260 electric buses in Berlin's southeast. The services described below include supplying, assembling, setting up, maintaining, maintaining and - after completion of the construction period - dismantling and removing the materials that are no longer needed. Intermediate construction conditions resulting from the construction process shall be provided for and shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. All static evidence relating to the Contractor's services shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. The service described here includes the complete planning, design, production, delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance of the following plant components: • Roof work platforms • Gap bridging • Covers / running level • Railings • Stairs • Fall arresters / end railings • Transitions • Control technology with all functions in the required quality. The performance includes all work and all material as described below. For the maintenance of the components on the roof (high-voltage technology) of the electric buses, roof workstations in the form of walk-in roof work platforms (DAB), fall protection systems / end railings and overpasses are required. At these workplaces different vehicles / buses • Single-decker buses with a length of about 12m (+/- 2%) • Articulated buses with a total length of about 18m (+/- 2%) • Double-decker buses with a total length of 15m (+/- 2%) and a total height of 4.10m are treated. A vehicle width (excluding exterior mirrors) of 2,55 m is to be assumed. The workstations shall be designed for single-decker buses and double-decker buses shall also pass through. In the future, it is possible that further vehicle lengths between 12 and 18m will have to be treated. When planning the roof-mounted work platforms (DAB), fall protection systems / end railings and overhangs, it should be noted that the safety against falls must be available at all times. After the order has been placed, dimensional drawings are handed over by the BVG. In the context of the project, according to the information provided by the BVG, a total of two roof-mounted work platforms with fall protection systems / end railings as well as overpasses are to be erected. Since it is a workplace for electric buses, the concerns of a high-voltage workplace must be taken into account. These include the fact that, in addition to sufficient grounding, all electrically conductive assemblies are connected to each other in an electrically conductive manner. Copper cable cross-sections for connecting bridges must be at least 70mm2 (BVG specification). The system must be designed in accordance with DIN EN 60204-1. During the warranty period, the receipt of the telephone or written fault message must be confirmed within 24 hours. The reception of the fault message at the AN is to be ensured from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 14:00, with the exception of public holidays. If the fault is not rectified within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation, the Client reserves the right to commission a third party to rectify the fault, the costs shall be borne by the Contractor. After taking over the plant, the Client reserves the right to have simple maintenance and repair work carried out by an in-house maintenance service or its own personnel - with documentation of the work. Tenderers must indicate in their tenders whether spare parts can be guaranteed for more than 15 years. General Technical Description of Rooftop Work Platforms (DAB) - KLS: In the context of the project, according to the information provided by the BVG, a total of two roof-mounted work platforms with fall protection systems / end railings and overpasses are to be erected: - two approx. 18m long roof working platforms on lanes 3 and 4 - two transitions, on the entry side of the working position - two end railings, on the exit side of the working position, moveable along the lane General technical description of the roof working platforms (DAB) - RLS: According to the information provided by the BVG, a total of seven roof-mounted work platforms with fall protection systems / end railings as well as overpasses are to be erected as part of the project: - an approx. 24m long roof working platform on track 1 - four approx. 38m long roof working platforms on tracks 3, 7, 8 and 9 - a transition, simultaneously as fall protection / end railings, on the front side (approx. axis G to F) of the roof working platform track 1 - four transitions, in the middle of the roof working platforms on tracks 3, 7, 8, 9 - nine end railings, on the front side, opposite the roof working platforms tracks 3, 7, 8 and 9 - a end railing, on the front side of the roof working platform track 1 Partially the tracks are equipped with a crane system. This concerns tracks 3, 8 and 9 at the RLS site. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
