Description

The district of Freising is currently planning its largest construction project with the new construction of the State Vocational School Center on Wippenhauser Straße in Freising and the extensions of the technical and vocational secondary school as well as the business school. On the site of the former sports field, in addition to the new construction of the school center with a main usable area (HNF) of about 11,000 square meters and the extensions of the existing school uses with an HNF of about 600 square meters, further necessary additions for the entire school site are to be provided, such as a triple sports hall with an HNF of about 1,700 square meters, outdoor sports areas, canteen and workshops, which allow synergistic use. In addition to the outdoor sports areas, attractive and well-used outdoor facilities with good social control are to be created. The existing vocational school on the neighbouring property is to be dismantled. In a second step, extensions for the technical and vocational secondary school and the business school are to be created on the vacant areas of the former vocational school.
