Description

The technical standards applicable to the respective trade, in particular the relevant DIN, DIN EN and DIN EN ISO standards, in the version valid at the time of execution, shall apply. In addition, all relevant legal regulations, guidelines and generally accepted rules of technology must be complied with. Location of the construction site The project area is developed in terms of traffic and is located in the district of Recklinghausen, about 10km west of the Recklinghäuser Zentrum in the industrial area. The construction site is adjacent to another construction site, which will be added to a separate development from about mid-2027. If third-party construction measures take place during construction on the west adjacent construction site ,, this may result in restrictions regarding access, logistics or construction site organization.
