1. The subject of the contract is the provision of repair services for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes (or assemblies and components) of buses and trailers for the 28th Military Economic Branch in Siedlce and military units on its supply in 2025 m. Biała Podlaska. 2. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ (description of the subject-matter of the contract) and in Annex 6 to the SWZ (draft provisions of the contract). 3. The Contracting Authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding the Contractor the contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act up to 50% of the value of the basic contract consisting in the repetition, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, of similar services consistent with the subject of the contract. The contract will be awarded provided that the Ordering Party has funds for this purpose and, in particular, if the need to change the scope of services will result from the need to extend the duration of the vehicle repair service beyond 3.5 t. The contract will be awarded on the basis of a new contract. 4. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. 4.1. Exercise of the right of option – depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, it will consist in increasing the subject of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, a maximum of 100% of the value of the basic contract requires the Ordering Party to lodge a security in the procedure in question.
