Viborg kommune udbyder i efteråret 2021 et offentlig EU-udbud på virtuel borgerkontakt til Viborg Kommune.
I den forbindelse ønsker vi at foretage en høring/teknisk dialog af de foreløbige krav.
Vi indbyder derfor alle potentielle leverandører til at gennemgå det foreløbige materiale og fremsende høringssvar med kommentarer om fundne uhensigtsmæssigheder samt forslag til ændringer/forbedringer.
Høringssvar skal udfyldes i bilag ”høringssvar til virtuel borgerkontakt” og henvise til dokument og nummerering i kravspecifikationen, som kommentaren vedrører.
Høringssvar skal være modtaget senest torsdag d. 16. september 2021 kl. 10.00.
