Description

The purpose of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning of the anti-intrusion alarm and remote monitoring systems installed at six sites in the Grand Est Region, located in Alsace. It supervises all the services necessary for the maintenance of these security devices, including planned interventions at annual intervals (such as preventive maintenance, technical checks and monitoring of the operation of the systems), as well as one-off interventions relating to curative maintenance or troubleshooting. The contract shall also include, at the beginning of execution, the establishment of an initial technical diagnosis to assess the condition of existing installations. In accordance with the consultation regulations, participation in a mandatory site visit is required prior to the submission of tenders. The purpose of this visit is to enable candidates to understand the technical specificities and the real conditions of performance of the services. The contract will be concluded in the form of a framework agreement with order forms, single-awardee, with no minimum amount. The maximum amount is set at 30 000 euro(s) excluding taxes for the initial period. The framework agreement may be tacitly renewed three times, for a maximum total duration of 48 months, i.e. a cumulative maximum amount of EUR 120 000 excluding taxes over the entire duration of the contract.
