The purpose of this contract is to designate: - A provider to cover the supplementary health insurance of employees of the Jean Perrin Centre (CJP), dependants and former employees - A provider to cover the insurance of the Provident Scheme (incapacity, invalidity, death) of the Jean Perrin Centre (CJP), dependants and former employees This consultation concerns the following benefits: - Insurance for the reimbursement of health expenses for employees of the Jean Perrin Centre (CJP), beneficiaries and former employees The insurer will propose a group contract guaranteeing the reimbursement of medical and surgical expenses, or even paramedical, incurred by the insured, within the limits of the guarantees and levels defined in the CCTP and CCAP - Insurance for the provident scheme (incapacity, disability, death) for employees of the Jean Perrin Centre (CJP), beneficiaries and former employees The insurer will propose a group contract guaranteeing the insured coverage of the risks of temporary incapacity for work, permanent incapacity, disability and death within the limits of the guarantees and levels defined in the CCTP and CCAP.
