Description

The project TTS Keimola Educational and Teaching Building comprises the implementation of a new education and teaching building at Keimolankaari 2 and 4, 01700 Vantaa. The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract at a full price, including official permits, design, civil engineering and technical building services. The scope of the project is approximately 7,260 br-m2. For the tendering of the CRT contract, the client has drawn up a project plan, work reports and blueprints for an operational solution, on the basis of which the CRT contractor will develop the plans to the implementation level during the design. The CRT contractor will be selected during April 2026. The design will be started immediately after the selection of the CRT contractor. The planning and building permit phase is estimated to be about 5-7 months, and the construction phase starting after that is estimated to last 12-18 months. The tenderer must provide all supervisors, i.e. the construction supervisor, the HVAC supervisor and the electrical supervisor. The duties of the supervisor of construction work are in accordance with the RT103171 task list, applying to the CRT contract. In addition, the construction supervisor participates in the planning phase in the assessment and commenting of the plans drawn up by the CRT contractor as an expert in civil works. Supervision of technical building work (supervisors of electrical work)The tasks of the electrical work supervisor and the supervision of electrical work are in accordance with the list of tasks RT103172 for site supervision of technical building services work, applying to the turnkey contract. In addition, the supervisors of technical building services participate in the assessment and commenting of the plans drawn up by the contractor in the planning phase as experts in technical building services. The workloads estimated by the client are: Construction supervisor Design and construction permit stage 10 h / month Construction stage 45 h / month Warranty period 40 h / year HVAC supervisor Design and construction permit stage 15 h / month Construction stage 20 h / month Warranty period 40 h / year Electrical works supervisor Design and construction permit stage 15 h / month Construction stage 20 h / month Warranty period 40 h / year NOTE! Parts of the procurement (1 pcs) are headed "Construction supervisor". However, there is only one part to the purchase. The procurement concerns all three supervisors: the construction supervisor, the HVAC supervisor and the electrical supervisor. The provider must offer all these supervisors.
