Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of heart pumps for the HSC in the assortment, the estimated quantity and the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the CVT. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered assortment meets the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2022, item 974) and in implementing acts issued on the basis of this Act. 3. Medical devices must meet the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the CVT. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the tender. 4. The delivery of medical devices of this order will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 6 working days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party. 5.
