Description

On behalf of the Government, Svenska Kraftnät has examined how the central and regional electricity networks in Stockholm County can be designed in the future. A design proposal to ensure long-term security of the region’s electricity supply has been drawn up.
The backbone of Stockholm’s current electricity supply is a 400 kV network with the section Forsmark-Enköping-Södertälje-Södertörn. In the proposal for a future network, a 400 kV connection is built from northern Stockholm to Södertörn, creating a 400 kV ring around the city.
The first phase of the new 400 kV line is the section from Hagby in Upplands Väsby to Danderyd. In order to be able to transmit electricity from the 400 kV grid to the 220 kV network in Danderyd, a new substation is constructed at Anneberg on the eastern edge of the Rinkebyby Forest.
This call for tenders concerns a turnkey contract for Anneberg substation. The works include, inter alia, construction and design, ground works, supply of equipment, construction, assembly, testing, commissioning and training and documentation to a complete 400 kV core network installation.
The Anneberg switchboard will, in a first phase, be constructed with 2 collectors a two-breaker compartment for cable connection to Hagby and 2 single breaker compartments against the respective transformers T1 and T2. It also includes control houses, fences, ground line networks, foundations, racks, cable ducts, roads, local power and auxiliary power systems and control and telecommunications equipment.
The originator provides power transformers 400/220 kV, transverse control transformer and switch-off switches.
The work area is taken over and smoothed out, and with support walls and valves with existing walking and cycling paths. These works will be carried out under separate ground contracts.
Great importance will be given to the station’s aesthetic image, so control room building, fences, plans, transformer booths, etc. will be given a coherent architectural design developed by an architect contracted by Svenska Kraftnät.
