Ansøgning om prækvalifikation i forbindelse med bygherrerådgivning ved opførelse af ny administrationsbygning i Vordingborg:
Vordingborg Kommune agter at indgå aftale om bygherrerådgivning i forbindelse med etablering af ny administrationsbygning. Byggeriet vil omfatte ca. 6 000 bruttokvadratmeter og forventes gennemført indenfor en samlet investeringsudgift på ca. 120 000 000 DKK.
Bygherrerådgiverens ydelser forventes opstartet umiddelbart efter aftaleindgåelse august 2012 og vil blandt andet omfatte:
— Udarbejdelse af detaljeret byggeprogram,
— Udarbejdelse af udbudsmateriale til indhentning af tilbud på totalentreprise i EU udbud,
— Gennemførelse af prækvalifikation, udbud og indstilling,
— Opfølgning på projektering og udførelse,
— Projekt- og processtyring,
— Budget- og økonomistyring,
— Kvalitets-, risiko- og tidsstyring,
— Projektet forventes gennemført indenfor en ca. 4-årig periode.
