Description

Final design and execution of works and supply and installation of the technical fixtures and equipment required to construct a laboratory area classified as a 'clean room' for nanotechnologies, and the related electrical and technological installation works, to be installed on the ground floor of the biological sciences building (or Building 101-IHCP), also referred to as 'the building site', currently under construction at the JRC's Ispra site.
During the 4 years following provisional acceptance of the works and supplies, the contractor shall carry out routine maintenance (planned) and non-routine maintenance (repairs) on the installations, as described in more detail in the draft contract included in the specifications. The costs of the first 2 years of maintenance are to be borne by the contractor.
