Description

This is neither a contract notice nor a call for tenders, but a request for information on the PACS-RIS set. The planned service contract concerns the total or partial replacement of the image archiving and communication system (PACS) and the radiological information system (RIS). The system entity may include the AI platform for meeting the objectives, as well as the functionalities and sub-assemblies related to appointments (AV). Systems and software must be able to integrate with other systems. The system package must be scalable to the needs of several contracting entities, such as wellbeing services counties, either during the deployment phase or later during the contract period. The aim of the procurement is that the service path between appointment booking (AV), the radiological information system (RIS) and the image archiving and communication system (PACS) functions optimally. The aim is to develop the customer experience on the basis of a uniform service model. The aim is to provide patients with more effective diagnostics and good treatment also in the future. The aim is also to reduce the customer's manual and overlapping work. The procurement is planned to be carried out during 2025, so that the contract will be valid during 2026. The service life of the system as a whole is at least 8-10 years. The plan is preliminary and may change. REPLY TO THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The purpose of this request for information is to identify suppliers on the market and to obtain comprehensive information so that the tendering process under preparation can be carried out as appropriately as possible. Responding to a request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in a competitive tendering procedure and does not affect the tenderer’s position in it. The responses to the request for information are preliminary and do not bind the tenderer in the actual competitive tendering phase. Replies to a request for information shall be treated as confidential. The information, plans and other matters presented by the customer in the market dialogue are preliminary and may change as the preparation of the procurement progresses. With those who have registered for the dialogue, the discussion can take place electronically and/or in connection with events. The dialogue will take place in five phases. The content of the steps is described below in the 'Additional information on the procurement or part' section of the request for information.
