1.The subject of the order is: a) preparation of multi-industry design and cost documentation for thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation), reconstruction and change of use with the design of construction equipment for a construction facility located in GdaƄsk at ul. Sienna 14 - Dz. nr orw. 146/3, district 092, b) elaboration of multi-industry design and costing documentation for land development of geodetic plots with the number orw. 146/3, 145/2 rpm. 092, c) preparation of design and cost documentation for the demolition of the outbuilding located at ul. Jana Brzechwa in the area of the land surveying plot with the number 145/2 rpm. 092, d) obtaining an administrative decision on conducting construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration authority, enabling the Contracting Authority to start construction works, e) performing a one-time update of investor cost estimates; f) exercising author's supervision in the scope of: - finding in the course of carrying out construction works that the implementation is consistent with the project, - agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those provided for in the project and notified by the construction manager or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract. 2.
