Description

The City of Neuss (‘the City of Neuss’): City) developed by the Landesgartenschau Neuss 2026 GmbH (hereinafter: LAGA) as a construction and operating company currently the Bürgerpark for the Landesgartenschau Neuss 2026 on the 38-hectare former racecourse site. For this purpose, among other things, the currently unused building ensemble "Hammfeldhof" from 1968, consisting of a residential building and two former stable buildings, is to be refurbished and rebuilt. Objective: Reconstruction and refurbishment of the Hammfeldhof building ensemble, consisting of two former stable buildings and a residential building on the grounds of LAGA 2026 in Neuss.
