Description

1. The subject of the contract is the service of systematic maintenance of cleanliness in municipal resources and maintenance and maintenance of urban greenery in the indicated areas of the City of Gorzów Wielkopolski administered by the Department of Housing Management divided into 5 parts: Part I Division ADM-1, Part II Division ADM-2, Part III Division ADM-3, Part IV Division ADM-4, Part V Division ADM-5. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. 2. The subject of the contract covers the cleaning of areas in common areas inside buildings and external areas and with a total area (as of January 2025) of 409 795.59m2, 3. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the contract performance conditions for each lot shall specify: Scopes of work and Draft Agreement constituting Annex No 9 to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority does not allow the division of the contract into individual lots. 5. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act in the amount of 25% of the contract value. Detailed information on the scope is provided in Chapter II point. 6 swz. 6. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation to personally perform key parts of the contract by the Contractor. 7.Rules on subcontracting: The Contracting Authority shall allow the participation of subcontractors in the performance of the contract. In the case of the participation of subcontractors in the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, requires the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract that it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of subcontractors' companies by the Contractor, if they are already known. Entrusting part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from liability for proper performance of the contract. 8.Contracting Party, in accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities falling within the so-called direct costs on the basis of an employment contract. This requirement applies to all activities related to the implementation of the subject of the contract related to the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness of internal surfaces and external areas - direct service of areas. 4 and the draft contract attached as Annex 9 to the Staff Regulations. 9. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to employ the persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. 10. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to carry out a local inspection of the place of performance of the order. 11. All costs related to participation in the procedure, in particular the preparation and submission of the tender, shall be borne by the Contractor submitting the tender. The contracting authority does not provide for reimbursement of costs of participation in the procedure. 12. The contracting authority shall require a security to be lodged in the procedure in question. 13. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a performance bond in the procedure in question. 14.
