Mandate of the community engineer
The tasks of the community engineer have so far been partly handled internally and partly with mandates for individual tasks. The work, especially in the building permit procedure, will continue to be carried out internally in close cooperation with the municipal engineering office to be mandated. In doing so, the previous system will be maintained: The municipality takes over the construction law examination of all applications (excl. Fire police, water and sewage, civil protection and lift) and, if necessary, obtains support from the municipal engineering office. However, full outsourcing is not excluded. In the area of GEP, civil engineering and road construction as well as directional, usage, space and traffic planning, the respective area managers are to be supported if necessary. Based on previous experience, the following annual expenditure is to be expected. However, this expenditure can vary greatly per year depending on the projects involved: * Construction law, fire police, BUC, operational environmental protection, control body civil protection / Fr. 400'000.00 * Settlement drainage and GEP / Fr. 50'000.00 * Road, sewerage and plant management projects / Fr. 100'000.00 * Spatial and transport planning / Fr. 50'000.00
