The purpose of this consultation is the construction of a medical care and rehabilitation building (SMR). A sector-wide global market is used by the Amiens Picardie University Hospital as a public health institution, in accordance with Article L2171-5 of the Code de la Commande Publique (C.C.P.). The successful procurement procedure is the competitive dialogue pursuant to Articles L2124-4, R2124-5, R2161-24 to R2161-31 of the Public Procurement Code, in so far as the contract includes design services (R2124-3-3°) and the technical complexity of certain works requires exchanges between the contracting authority and the applicant group to determine the best solutions (R2124-3-4°).
