The service includes obtaining future mining and quarrying permits in connection with the Coastal Directorate's joint agreement at Skagen. The service includes a screening to organise and apply for a permit for exploration, carry out exploration and environmental studies as well as prepare environmental impact assessments and applications for permits for mining and quarrying at sea, cf. the current Raw Materials Act and the Raw Materials Order.
