Predmet nabave je rekonstrukcija, dogradnja i prenamjena dijela tvorničkog kompleksa Segestica. Nakon rekonstrukcije i dogradnje građevina će biti javne namjene – Interpretacijski centar Segestica - Siscia, koji će služiti kao interpretacijsko – muzejsko – istraživački centar s ciljem prezentacije i istraživanja Siska kao grada kontinuiranog življenja, od starog vijeka do danas.
