Description

The objective of the public procurement procedure in question is to provide public catering services in the town of Mezőberény. The contracting authority shall make available to the successful tenderer for rent the kitchen at 5650 Mezőberény, Petőfi utca 14/b, the serving kitchen at 5650, Mezőberény, Luther tér 1 and the cooking kitchen at 5650, Mezőberény, Puskin utca 11 and the related premises, which may be used for the provision of the service. The successful tenderer must obtain the necessary official licences to operate the kitchens in accordance with the law, including, in particular, the operating licence. The supplier shall be responsible for the treatment and disposal, at his own expense and at a place to be determined by him, of all waste generated during the performance of the service. Further detailed quantitative data and technical content are set out in point II.2.4) and in the Technical Description as part of the Public Procurement Documents.
