Description

The city of Marl is planning the new construction of a three-storey primary school on Hervester Straße as a star-shaped two-storey school building and a one-storey sports building. Both buildings are planned in wooden construction on foundation slabs made of reinforced concrete, the sports building receives a partial basement. The school building is equipped in a cluster structure with classrooms, group rooms, specialist rooms, administration area and a canteen/aula. The sports building houses a Zweifeld sports hall, an educational swimming pool and the adjoining rooms with changing and sanitary areas.
