Description

This contract is a public service contract for the provision to the City of Mons of urban furniture such as advertising planimeters, including the placement, maintenance and management of that furniture, free of charge for the City for the entire duration of the contract. In return, the successful tenderer will exploit (by means of annual financial compensation paid to the City of Mons) the advertising surfaces on the furniture installed on the municipal roads, it being understood that the latter remains the sole owner of the furniture but that he undertakes to leave part of the spaces at the disposal of the City for the dissemination of local information in accordance with point III.1 under ‘Descriptions of the technical requirements’. The technical characteristics of the desired furniture are set out in point III.4 under ‘Descriptions of the technical requirements’. In any case, furniture must be integrated into urban and peri-urban environments. Place of provision of the service: The successful tenderer must install the furniture covering all the municipalities of the Montoise entity. The territorial scope of the contract extends to the whole of the City of Mons and its 19 municipalities (Mons, Ciply, Cuesmes, Flénu, Ghlin, Harmignies, Harveng, Havré, Hyon, Jemappes, Maisières, Mesvin, Nimy, Nouvelles, Obourg, Saint-Denis, Saint-Symphorien, Spiennes, Villers-Saint-Ghislain), without prejudice to the status of roads (municipal roads, regional roads).
