Lot unique : - Gestion quotidienne des archives : comprend l'enregistrement des documents dans une solution informatique. Mise à disposition de ces informations auprès des collaborateurs de la SIDR. Les enregistrements sont partagés via une solution externe permettant de connaitre à tout moment les éléments en cours de consultation ainsi que l'ensemble des éléments permettant une gestion courante des archives. - Stockage : Comprend le stockage dans des locaux spécifiquement adaptés à la fonction. Ceux-ci doivent être protégés contre les termites, le vol, l'incendie de manière générale contre l'ensemble des éléments pouvant porter atteinte à l'intégrité des archives.
