19/2021 on the regulation of the kindergarten and school milk scheme Act CXC of 2011 on national public education (hereinafter: National Public Education Act) in educational institutions under Section 7(1)(b), (g) and (i), and Act LXXX of 2019 on vocational training (hereinafter: ‘I/a. full/semi-skimmed milk’ within the meaning of the Decree in respect of the number of pupils in grades 1 to 8 attending primary school education in an institution within the meaning of Section 18 of the Act on Vocational Education and Training) as defined in the Annex: Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007 (hereinafter: Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council) of Annex VII, Part IV, Section III, whole milk or milk with a fat content of 2.8% (m/m) and drinking milk as defined in Annex VII, Part IV, Section III, to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council for children intolerant to lactose, on condition that the lactose content of the milk as ready for consumption is less than 0,1 g/100 g; broken down in accordance with Annex I, at the places of delivery and in number of persons.
