Description

Framework Sales Agreement on the ‘Supplying and putting into service of control equipment’ of the quantity and quality specified in the technical specifications for public procurement by the Kbt. Pursuant to Section 105(2)(a) History: The purpose of this public procurement procedure is to further develop control technology systems already in operation in existing stations – generated by high-current technological developments – i.e. to expand and supplement with new telemechanical signals, operations and measurement processing. This means the extension of existing fields with additional modules, the integration of additional field machines into the system, the further development (upgrade) of the operating head machine iec61850 communication protocol, as well as the necessary parameterisation and commissioning services for the extensions. In order to maintain the homogeneity of the existing control system, the type of assets used for the extension should be part of the product family of the existing system. Manufacturers (Infoware) control systems are in operation at the stations covered by the call for tasks. Part 1 Supply of management equipment and putting into service of services (manufacturer-exclusive task execution) Part 2 Supply of management equipment and putting into service of services (non-producer exclusivity) Framework agreement on the supply of management equipment and the putting into service of services under the framework agreement, subject to the fact that the quantitative limit specified herein is estimated and the exact number of items is laid down in the tender specifications (draft contract, price table No 1 and technical specifications for public procurement) for the performance of the specific order(s). All head machines, field machines, switches and operating workplaces must be programmed with all parameters and settings necessary for system operation. (As set out in the technical specifications.) The Parties shall specify that the quantitative limit for the Goods covered by the Framework Agreement may be ordered under the Framework Agreement in total; The Buyer is entitled to order an aggregate or part of the order up to this quantity under the Framework Agreement, provided that the exact quantity with the individual orders (hereinafter referred to as: An individual order) will be determined. The buyer therefore describes the above quantity as an estimated quantity from which it may differ in the Specific Order made under the Framework Agreement; within each lot, the quantity is interoperable and these estimated quantities do not constitute an obligation for the Buyer to order. Services provided by the tenderer: Supply, installation and delivery and commissioning of substation control equipment. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK: — the Tenderer manufactures/manufactures the equipment and prepares it for delivery at the delivery address. — the Tenderer delivers to the delivery address indicated by the Contracting Authority, – receiving and responding to written and telephone enquiries in connection with products and related services, – providing information to the designer’s data, – storing the prepared equipment, – consulting and consulting on possible product developments; A detailed description of the products is provided in the technical specification that forms part of the Public Procurement Documents.
