Description

1. The subject-matter of this contract is the supply of a plant of apparatus
together with the equipment (components and affiliations, including relevant software) consisting of an automatic system for measuring interaction between cells and macromolecules by the quartz microweight method.
2. All apparatus and other equipment forming the object of the supply,
referred to in paragraph 1 above must be new (not used).
3. The supply referred to in the above provisions includes a minimum of:
(1) Sale, supply and supply of equipment to the Contracting Authority
and other items forming the subject matter of this supply;
(2) Ensuring the Contracting Authority with a minimum licence for the computer programs (software) indicated in the ToR, and any other software (computer programs) which are the subject of the Contractor’s tender, necessary for use
from the facilities and other equipment required to be offered;
3 Preparation for use of the apparatus and other equipment, including software, offered under this contract by assembling them
and cross-configuration, including IT configuration;
4) Providing a quality guarantee for apparatus and other equipment offered as part of the supply forming the subject-matter of this contract;
Supply the Contracting Authority with the documents necessary for the exercise of his rights
in respect of the quality guarantee referred to in point 4 above and the use of
and the proper operation of the apparatus and other equipment offered to be supplied under this contract;
4. The subject matter of this contract (supplies) also includes the ancillary services indicated in the ToR as services required for performance on the part of the Contractor, in particular services required after the issue and acceptance by the Contracting Authority of the subject matter of this supply, including:
(1) Training of the Contracting Authority’s staff in service (use)
the apparatus and other equipment (including software) offered under this contract, as well as their correct (proper) operation.
(2) Remediation of defects and performance of other services in connection with the quality guarantee provided and the rights of the Contracting Authority arising from the warranties for defects.
