Opdrachtgever zoekt voor alle gebouw gebonden Elektrotechnische en Werktuigbouwkundige installaties (hierna: installaties) een betrouwbare partner voor het onderhoud en beheer van die installaties. De opdracht omvat in hoofdlijnen de volgende installaties:
• waterinstallaties;
• gasinstallaties;
• verwarmingsinstallaties;
• ventilatie- en luchtbehandelingsinstallaties
• koelinstallaties;
• regelinstallaties;
• NEN 3140 inspecties conform; ‘’Meerjaren inspectieplan Elektrische installaties en thermografie volgens de NEN 3140 Gemeente Tytsjerksteradiel’’.
