The subject of the competition is the selection of the entity to which the contract for the provision of health services for insured persons and other entitled persons covered by the care of the Upper Silesian Medical Centre named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45/47, 40-635 Katowice in the following scope: Providing health services in the Department of Cardiac Surgery in the field of consultation and cardiac surgery procedures highly specialized. Health services will be provided in accordance with the schedule approved by the Doctor in charge of the Department. The awarding entity allows for the possibility of extending or reducing the number of units/cells in which health services will be provided in the event of the creation of new units/cells or other organizational changes at the awarding entity and/or in the case of the awarding entity's provision of health services on behalf of other entities.
