Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowalnych i elektrycznych w lokalach użytkowych nr 1, 2, 3 i 4 budynku przy ul. 11 Listopada 22/ks. Stanisława Stojałowskiego11, polegających na:
1) rozebraniu posadzek z płytek z kamieni sztucznych, podłóg białych, cementowych, zasypek stropowych, legarów,
2) wykonaniu izolacji poziomej przeciwwilgociowej podposadzkowej oraz termicznej z płyt styropianowych,
3) wykonaniu posadzek z płytek gresowych, posadzki cementowej zbrojonej,
4) odbiciu tynków wewnętrznych wraz z ich uzupełnieniem,
5) uzupełnieniu ścianek, zamurowaniu otworów w ścianach wraz z tynkowaniem,
6) szpachlowaniu oraz malowaniu ścian i sufitów,
7) wymianie instalacji elektrycznej,
