Predmet javnega naročila je razvoj nacionalnega informacijskega sistema Zavod Slovenija – transplant v dveh sklopih. Prvi sklop vključuje dobavo strojne opreme, drugi sklop pa razvoj programske opreme POT z novimi moduli s petletnim vzdrževanjem (od tega dve leti garancijskega vzdrževanja in tri leta pogarancijskega vzdrževanja).
