Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to define the main terms of the subsequent contracts to be concluded on the basis of the framework agreement, which will cover the full supply of electrical energy from low voltage and high voltage supply points at contracted power levels above 36 kva and connected to the Enedis public distribution network.
That supply takes place under a ‘single contract’ comprising access to and use of that network and including the function of balance responsible party within the meaning of Article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code (CPV classification: “31682000-0”: electricity supply).
The list of these delivery points is set out in Annex 1 to the CCTP and is updated during the performance of subsequent contracts in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 4 of the Special Technical Specifications (hereinafter referred to as the CCTP) common to subsequent contracts (integration and removal of delivery points).
