Description

1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a set for continuous mixing and temperature control extraction for the Faculty of Biotechnology 2. The detailed description and the manner of execution of the order includes the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the FTZ. 3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. failure to divide the contract into lots included in the FTZ. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 1 of the PZP Act. 5. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it. 6. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a security. 7. The Contracting Authority shall not require the lodging of a security for the proper performance of the contract. 8. In accordance with Art. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", I would like to inform you that: — the controller of your personal data is: University of Rzeszów; 35-959 Rzeszów, al.
